Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and some debit cards, you can also pay by UK cheque, postal order, cash (UK£, US$ or Euro) or Paypal (irena@activerebellion.com). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the internet.
Shipping And Handling Post and Packing is charged by weight;

UK: £1.00 for 80g
£1.60 for 230g
£2.50 for 480g
£3.10 for 720g
£3.50 for 960g
Then £1.20 for each additional 250g

Europe: £1.80 for 80g
£2.70 for 230g
£4.00 for 480g
£5.00 for 720g
£6.80 for 960g
Then £1.60 for each additional 250g

ROW/USA: £2.00 for 80g
£3.80 for 230g
£6.20 for 480g
£9.00 for 720g
£11.75 for 960g
Then £2.70 for each additional 250g

Recorded delivery: If you require recorded delivery on UK orders this is an additional £0.70, for international orders an additional £3.50.
Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you within 2 business days, although in exceptional circumstances this may be extended. You will be notified of any substantial delay.
International orders are generally received in under 10 days, usually much less.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges There are no additional tax charges.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
